We're here to help
We're in the process of bringing together all the information that you may need to access as a current tenant. Below you can report a repair through our online portal and make enquiries about renewals or end of tenancy arrangements.
We are currently revising all of our information so if you can't find something in particular e.g. deposit info please just give us a call on 01926 882555 or drop us an email if it's out of office hours and we will get back to you just as soon as we can.
Report a repair
Report your repair issue online using our property repair portal. It's easy to use and once you've created a login (using your registered email address with us) you'll be able to quickly report any problems
If you want to renew your tenancy please get in touch below to confirm with plenty of notice. If you are going to be away please be sure to make arrangements well in advance.
You need to give formal written notice if required in accordance with the terms of your tenancy agreement. We would advise you to notify us of your vacation arrangements without delay and before the end of your tenancy to ensure that everything runs smoothly, to book inventory checkout and avoid delays to the repayment of your tenancy deposit.
Early tenancy termination
Subject to the Tenant fees Act 2019, Early terminations of tenancy may be considered ONLY in exceptional change of personal circumstances and ONLY by the Landlord. The express written agreement of the Landlord will be required before we are able to proceed to market the property for let and you may be required to make advance payment of the Landlords reasonable costs.. In the first instance you must make a formal written request to end you tenancy early with a specific date AFTER which you will be able to vacate the property on demand. If you subsequently withdraw your early termination request, there will be no refund of any reasonable costs paid to the Landlord.
