From 1st April 2013 Warwick District Council are changing the council tax discounts and exemptions for all residential rented furnished and unfurnished properties that are vacant. This means that the current discount of 10% for empty furnished properties, and the 6 month exemption for empty unfurnished properties will both be altered in a few weeks' time.
From 1st April The Letting People will continue to find innovative ways to ensure that all furnished and unfurnished rented properties are turned around between lets as quickly as possible.
