The Letting People, Milton Keynes are proud to announce that they are the new official shirt sponsors of the Great Linford Football Club’s (GLFC) under 8’s ‘Avengers’ team for the 2013/14 season. 

The club was established in 1993 and is now one of the largest football clubs in Milton Keynes and boasts over 250 members who span junior and youth age groups from 4 up to 18 years old. The club runs 17 teams in 11 leagues and divisions.

Each season sees GLFC go from strength to strength purely through the commitment of everybody involved to make sure that it is essentially a family club where footballers of all ages and abilities can develop their skills.  The simple club philosophy is: 'enjoy yourselves'.

…  and giving fundraising support for the MK Dons Powerchair Football Team

 

The Letting People, Milton Keynes were delighted to support the MK Dons Powerchair Football Team by donating a prize (£50 worth of vouchers for Camerons Brasserie in Stony Stratford) for one of the main races at the race night and fundraising event held on Friday 8th November 2013 at the Stadium MK. 

The event was attended by Michael Lomax and Philip Rayner of The Letting People, who were proud to be the guests of team captain and assistant coach, Alan Watson.

The MK Dons Powerchair Football Team are one of 17 disability teams playing for MK Dons FC Disability in regional and national competitions. The Powerchair team plays in the National Powerchair League and fixtures are held over weekends, six times a year.

The Letting People wholeheartedly supports the MK Dons’ mission which is to breakdown social and cultural barriers to provide all members of the community, regardless of age, gender, ethnicity or ability, the opportunity to participate in a sporting environment.
